Maori Language Week

A small part of our Maori Week celebrations was to make headbands and to learn to draw Koru patterns. We drew our families with koru shapes.

After reading Eric Carle's Little Cloud we went outside to look at the clouds to see what shapes we could see. Then we made some shape clouds with cotton wool!
