AFL

Every Thursday we have 2 coaches come and teach us AFL skills.
Lots of fun and exercise!

Junior School Assembly Award Winners

Azaria and Milika are such reliable and helpful girls. Always willing to do little jobs, help others and always settling to work quickly. A great start to the year girls.

Duffy Theatre

We were so lucky to have Duffy Theatre come to our school and do a show for us.
Lots of laughter and excited screams.

Circle Pictures

Today I gave the children a circle, they had to use their imagination and turn it into a picture.
Check out these great pictures and matching stories by Levi and Niko.
Great imagination boys.

Friendship

In room 23 we have been learning about being a good friend.
We read Rainbow Fish, it showed us how important it is to share.

Learning the first letter in our names

Room 23 have been doing lots of work around names, learning how to read our names, learning the letters in our names and learning how to write our names. Here we are decorating the first letter in our name by finger painting.

We made Playdough

We made play dough.
We mixed it, we smelled, we sniffed it.
We rolled it, we pat it, we squashed it, we squished it.
We stretched it, we poked it, we cut it.
We made balls, we made pancakes.
We made worms, we made snails.
We had so much fun, we didn't want to stop!

"It's hot!"

"It's yellow"

"Smells like cookies"

"Can we eat it?"

"Play dough feels soft"

"I like making play dough"

"I do baking with my mum"

"I made a worm!"

"I made a snail!"

"look at mine"

"how do you make a ball?"

"I made pizza"

"I made cookies"
 "my snowman"

"I made glasses"

  "A smiley face"

 "my worm broke"

 "I made a face"

 rolling rolling rolling ...

So much fun!
