I am a pig. I give pork meat and i give ham. I live on the farm and the farmer killed me.

I went in to the forest and in the bush and the hunters saw me. I went back to the farm.

We put cream into a jar.

We could hear the cream splishing and sploshing in the jar.

We made butter. We made it with cream and a jar and we shake the jar and shake and shake and shake and when we finish we eat the butter.

 We have been learning about cows and dairy farms

Cows give us milk and beef and cheese and the cows eat grass and we make yoghurt and butter from the milk. Cows eat hay the baby is called a calf.

Cows like grass. Cows make us milk it is healthy. Cows like hay. The boy cow is called a bull. Cow is meat.

Cows are brown and white and black and they have got four stomachs  and cows give people milk. They put good bugs in the milk and the good bugs help our brain. Cows are meat.

Cows give us milk because milk is good for us. We can make cheese and butter. Cows eat grass and they eat hay. Bulls are dead because we eat bulls and they are meat.

 This term we are learning about Life on the farm.

Today we looked at the role of the farmer and then pretended we were a farmer ...

It was so much fun collecting eggs, milking the cows and feeding the baby animals!

Lazy Duck

 Last week's shared book was Lazy Duck, he almost got put into the pot for tea until he became a busy duck!

Lazy Duck was laughing at the cat. the cat was chasing the mice. The mice was running around. The farmer said "we will put you in the pot."

Addison 

Lazy Duck teased the cat and the hen and the dog while they worked.

Anelusa

The lazy duck laughed at the chicken and the chicken lay big brown eggs for the farmer and the farmer said "we will put that Lazy duck in the pot for tea" and Lazy Duck said the animals "HELP!"

Cuba

The goats were eating the weeds and the duck watched the goats eating the weeds "ha ha you do the work and I have the luck." Lazy Duck watched the cat catch the mice, "hee hee hee you do the work and i have the luck." Be a busy duck lazy ducks are for tea.

Daniel  

Lazy Duck is not helping the animals to do some work but the duck is going to the pot. big trouble!
